Highland Park 21-Year-Old is matured in a combination of American oak casks that have been seasoned with sherry, and first-fill European oak hogsheads. This whisky is known for its notes of tangy ginger, oriental spice, sweet citrus, and cedar, as well as its rounded spicy sweetness with hints of orange peel and dark chocolate.
